So, if you face anything like this, then under section 193 of the Indian Penal Code, whoever intentionally fabricates or gives any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadindia.law\/ask-free-question\">false evidence under any stage of the judicial proceeding<\/a> that person is can be imprisoned for up to 3 years or with fine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ordinary citizens were always being harassed by these police officers being wrongly questioned, search and seizures, arrested, and accusations of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadindia.law\/ask-free-question\">mistreating any individual in public by using physical force, that <\/a>police officer can get punished under section 129 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, if any individual faces any misconduct or being part of ill-treatment done by these police officials which is very common to be part of their harassment, in any of the situations.
