Even if the principal did not intend to give the agent such authority, they may still be held responsible for the agent&#8217;s behaviour in such circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principal: Rights and Duties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rights The principal has the right to anticipate that the agent would operate diligently, in the interests of the principal, and in accordance with the authority delegated.
