The defendant in this case can counter back by proving that he has been there for the family. If the defendant is financially or emotionally supporting the family & is not physiccally living together, then it would not be considered as renunciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the aggrieved is successful in proving that her spouse has renounced everything & she has not heard from him from last 7 years then the court issues a decree of granting divorce to the aggrieved on the grounds of renunciation.
