You can file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An FIR at the local police station.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or a criminal complaint under Section 200 CrPC\/Section 223 BNSS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Relevant IPC\/BNS Sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Section 420 IPC\/ Section 318 (4) BNS: Cheating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Section 405 IPC\/ Section 316 (1) BNS: Criminal breach of trust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Section 403 IPC\/ Section 314 BNS: Criminal misappropriation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Section 463 IPC\/ Section 336 (1) BNS: Forgery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Case Law: Mohd.
