Records of overtime must be reported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rights Of Working Women In Factories &#8211;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women should have separate washrooms and bathrooms with doors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a company has more than 30 female employees, the company should set up a Creche for the employee&#8217;s children.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women cannot be made to carry a weight greater than a given and.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women cannot be forced to clean or oil any moving engine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women cannot be forced to work more than 48 hours a week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women must get one day off a week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women cannot be made to serve more than 5 hours on a compass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women cannot be forced to work only between 6 am and 7 pm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The state government can make exceptions to any industry or group or class of companies, but no woman can be authorized to work from 10 pm to 5 am.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shifts can only change weekly or after other weekends and not within.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Night Shift For Women &#8211;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recommendations have been made to reform the Factories Act to allow night shifts for women workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The administration has resolved to amend section 66 of the Factories Act, 1948 so that women workers can be given commission between 7:00 pm and 6:00 am.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The employer has to assure professional safety and adequate strength to the women workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For contravention of pre-requisites of the Act or rules- Imprisonment up to 2 years or fine up to Rs. 1,00,000 or both.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conflict causing death or grievous bodily injury- Fine of not less than Rs. 25,000 in case of death and a minimum of Rs. 5000 in case of serious injuries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regarding safety or unsafe operation in violation of Chapter IV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Factories Act works with a prime objective to protect workers engaged in factories related to
