NCLT MATTERS:
Section 408 of the Companies Act 2013, talks about the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) which was setup by the Central Government. It has been set up as a quasi-judicial body to govern the companies registered in India .
Scope Of NCLT:
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) invests in itself all the powers to govern the companies registered in India. With the establishment of the NCLT and NCLAT, the Company Law Board under the Companies Act, 1956 has now been dissolved.
