Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Client (“you”/ “your”) and Lead India Law Private Limited (“Lead India, “we,” or “us”).

BY USING THE SITE, AND/OR BY REGISTERING WITH US, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, including that you consent to the information practices disclosed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, and that you are agree to comply with applicable laws, governed and interpreted by the country (hereinafter referred to as “India”). Please note that we offer the site "AS IS" and without warranties. If you are registering with an account or using the site (www.leadindia.law) on behalf of an individual or entity other than yourself, you represent that you are authorized by such individual or entity to accept these terms of use on behalf of such individual or entity.

In addition, you understand that the specific method, features and services offered on www.leadindia.law may be altered, improved, removed or adapted at any time by www.leadindia.law in its sole discretion and without any notice. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this site.

Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Definitions

As used in this Agreement, the terms and expressions when used with the First letter capitalized shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the meanings assigned to them hereunder. All capitalized items shall have the meanings assigned to them in the other parts of this Agreement when defined by use in bold letters enclosed within quotes:

  • “Applicable Laws” means any laws, bye-laws, legislations, statutes, regulations, rules or orders, administrative interpretations, writs, injunctions, directions, directives, judgments, arbitral awards, decrees, orders or governmental approvals of, or agreements; as amended, modified, consolidated or replaced, from time to time.
  • "Agreement/Main Agreement" means this Agreement together with all the recitals, annexures, exhibits, parts, schedules and policies, as the same may be amended, modified, and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  • "Lead India" refers to the legal entity – "Lead India Law Private Limited”, an entity of lawyers that provides various specialties of legal services through skilled lawyers.
  • "Associate" means a lawyer who utilizes the Lead India’s Platform and provides Services to the Lead India’s Customer/Client.
  • “Authorized Persons” means persons authorized by Lead India to represent on its behalf.
  • “Brand Features” means trade names, trademarks, logos and/or other distinctive brand features (as applicable).
  • “Lead India Officer(s)” means the employee(s)/ consultants/ advisors of Lead India and/or any other personnel engaged or authorized by Lead India.
  • “Customer”/ “Clients” means a Customer of Lead India (including a user of Platform) who avails or desires to avail Associate’s service.
  • “Confidential Information” means information disclosed by (or on behalf of) Lead India to the Client or vice- versa under (or in connection with) the services rendered or provided that is marked as confidential or would normally under the circumstances or under applicable laws be considered confidential information, including but not limited to information pertaining to the Customer(s), the Lead India Platform.

    Confidential Information does not include information that (a) the recipient already knew without the breach of any confidentiality obligations, (b) becomes public through no fault of the recipient, (c) was independently developed by the recipient, or (d) was lawfully given to the recipient by a third.

  • “Services” here are referred to as a list of services that Lead India is providing to the Clients / Customers. The list is mentioned on our website.
  • “Virtual Platform” means the platform involving inter alia the Web Platform, call centre, knowledge, technologies, processes and legal protocols, developed for virtual delivery of integrated services, and also includes all variants, editions and add-ons to such.
  • Required Documents” mean all information, materials, documents, licenses, permissions and other similar items, required in connection with provision of Associates Services.
  • Regulatory bodies imply to a public authority or any government bodies, as notified by the Government from time to time.
  • Lead India SPOC (“SPoC”): means Single Point of Contact to whom Associate can contact directly to Lead India to resolve the issue.
General Terms:

1) www.leadindia.law is no way, directly or indirectly responsible for the advice and assistance provided by the Associates. We have facilitated technology- powered integrated platforms wherein clients can reach out to Associates. We have no control over the services provided by the Associates and LeadIndia shall have no say in case of any discrepancies with the service provided by the Associates.

2) Associate has represented to Lead India that it is engaged in providing legal services, including but not limited to, advisory/ consultancy/ nature (type of service) and has the ability to perform the Services as agreed between the Parties. Based on representations made by the Associate and in order to enable the LeadIndia’s Clients to avail the services, the Parties have agreed that (i) Lead India shall authorize and provide Associate, access to Platform, and (ii) Associate shall provide the Services to Lead India’s Clients.

3) All of the materials and information on the Website are provided for informational purposes only, and may not reflect current legal developments or variances in the law of different jurisdictions. The materials and information on the Website do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Associates of Lead India or affiliates. The mere receipt of an e-mail from or a 'post' on the Website does not create a Lawyer-client relationship. The Associate is solely responsible for providing its services to you, and you agree that Lead India shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of such services (including, without limitation, claims based on malpractice). You agree that any claim arising out of your relationship shall be brought solely against such Associate.

4) Lead India has multiple Associates for the same practice area and there might be instances wherein a similar question has been answered in two different ways by the Associates. Lead India takes no liability towards these different opinions and answers of the Associates and encourages you to take another opinion from ‘your’ Lawyer / alternately decide which opinion to go ahead with based on merits and logical conclusions.

5) USING LEAD INDIA WEBSITE

All users must be eighteen years or older. In the case of minor Clients (under eighteen (18) years), a parent or guardian must accept this Agreement and guide all consultations under the services offered. The User takes full responsibility for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate. Lead India shall make no effort to validate any information provided by the Client for use in Services with respect to content, correctness or usability. We with an intention to provide the best service possible could ask you to share more information as and when needed.

6) HOW DOES IT WORK

If you choose a Service from Lead India’s platform you will be directed to our Associate’s portal and as per expertise you can contact the Associate based on their respective portfolios. Associates will be assigned to you and you can discuss your legal requirements with that respective Associate. You will be connected with the Associate and will be required to submit the requisite documents, if any. The fee paid by you is paid to the Associate. The fee paid towards paid services is only towards the scope defined under the services offered for that particular booking and post the consultation, you may or may not engage the Associate directly towards any further services you wish to avail from the respective Associate. Lead India is no way, directly or indirectly responsible for the consultation and assistance provided by the Associates. Once you pay the fee and your booking is confirmed, you are intimated about the same via email, SMS and / or phone. WE DO NOT IN ANY WAY SOLICIT, ENDORSE, PROMOTE ANY INDIVIDUAL LISTED ON WEBSITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION.

7) INDEPENDENCE OF LAWYERS:

You agree that you understand that the Associates who participate in the www.leadindia.law are not employed by or agents of Lead India. Although Lead India does require Associates to provide basic information about themselves to www.leadindia.law (for example, information about the jurisdictions in which they are licensed or they practice, years of experience, specialized in areas), and although Lead India does rely upon and pass on this information to Users for their use, Lead India does not separately verify this information and makes no representations as to the qualifications of any Lawyer. No listing of any Associate on this site, and no information of any kind or answers provided by any Associate, constitutes an endorsement, recommendation or referral of any Associate.  Nevertheless, you are encouraged to investigate or perform your own due diligence concerning the Associates and their qualifications.

No representation is made that the quality of the professional services to be performed is greater than the quality of professional services performed by other Associates. We urge all potential clients to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any Associate being considered.

8) TERMS OF USAGE:

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age and that you possess the legal right and the ability to enter into agreements pertaining to Terms of Use, to register on the www.leadindia.law. Services under your own name and in accordance with the Terms of Use and abide by the obligations hereunder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all activities carried out under your account. (Created via user id and password).

No party has the power or authority as agent, employee or in any other capacity to represent, act for, bind or otherwise create or assume any obligation on behalf of the other party for any purpose whatsoever.

Your affirmative act of using this Site and/or registering for the Site or the Services constitutes your electronic signature to these Terms of Use and your consent to enter into agreements with us electronically.

You are not permitted to access the Site for the purpose of data mining or extracting content from the Site beyond your personal end use.

You are permitted to use the Site to find a Lawyer to perform services for you related to your problem and to obtain general information about similar cases (each, a "Permissible Use"). You are not permitted to use the Site for any other reason other than a Permissible Use as described above. You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Site. You agree to not harm minors in any way.

In the event you submit information through the Site, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information and agree to promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, and/or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Site and/or refuse any and all current or future use of the Site or its services (or any portion thereof).

You acknowledge that we may or may not pre-screen Content, but that our employees, consultants and we shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any Content that is available via the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, our designers and we shall have the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content that violates this agreement or is otherwise objectionable.

The decision to form a Lawyer-client relationship is an important one and is between you and the Associate. You may wish to seek and retain the advice of other Associates so as to meet all applicable deadlines that govern your query / problem.

9) USER’S PROFILE AT WWW.LEADINDIA.LAW

Your profile is created to store records of your consultations and your personal query / problem information online, including history, etc.

Any information provided as part of a web, over-phone or an in-person / video consultation becomes part of your www.leadindia.law record. You agree to provide accurate information to help us serve you best to our knowledge, to periodically review such information and to update such information as and when necessary.

www.leadindia.law reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded on the website according to its internal record retention and/or destruction policies.

You might be contacted via email to review the information provided by you for www.leadindia.law Consultations. Please make sure you provide a valid email-id and you update it as and when needed.

10) SUPPLEMENTARY COMMUNICATION

www.leadindia.law after your consent may send you newsletters and other information regarding common related topics, containing specific services’ related information, and specific questions related to your www.leadindia.law.

These communications and resources are not comprehensive and do not include complete potential information pertaining to the subject matter. These are solely meant for general, educational and informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for user-specific query / problem evaluation or construed, directly or indirectly as the practice of that particular service or dispensing of that particular service by us.

11) PROTECTION OF PROPRIETARY INFORMATION 

You agree that the Services, which include all software and information, both electronic and printed media, contain trade secrets and other proprietary intellectual property and are the proprietary property of www.leadindia.law. They are protected by trademark laws and other proprietary rights and laws, and they may only be used or accessed as specifically provided for, in this Agreement.

You agree that you will not store, copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transfer, transmit, display or otherwise attempt to discover any programming code or any source code used in or with the Services. You will not otherwise attempt to transfer any right in the Services (which includes its software, design and content), create derivative works based on it or in any manner commercially exploit the Services in whole or in part. You agree that violations by you, any other person or entity, of these trade secrets and / or other intellectual property protections or the terms of this Agreement will lead to prosecution under the Indian Laws and Bylaws. The final choice of whether the Consumer is in violation of any of these policies is at the sole discretion of www.leadindia.law.

With the exception of your case records, www.leadindia.law retains all rights, titles and interests pertaining to www.leadindia.law, the www.leadindia.law Services and any content, products, documentation, software or other materials on the www.leadindia.law Website along with any trade secret, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property or proprietary right in any of the foregoing.

Contact us if you believe information on our website infringes your copyright, you may request removal of those materials.

No part including graphics or logos, available on this Website may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without specific permission.

www.leadindia.law welcomes comments, suggestions and submissions by its Clients including but not limited to messages, notes, feedback, artwork, communications, provided to www.leadindia.law. The act of commenting, suggesting or submitting shall act as a full assignment of all rights whatsoever (Intellectual property) to www.leadindia.law. www.leadindia.law shall have the rights to use the same as its own for all legal purposes including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, publishing, distribution and the like without any compensation to the Consumer.

Your license to access and use the Site and its services are subject to the following additional restrictions and prohibitions on use. You may not (1) copy, print (except for the express limited purpose), republish, display, transmit, distribute, sell, rent, lease, loan or otherwise make available in any form or by any means all or any portion of the Site, or any information or materials retrieved therefrom; (2) use the Site or any other materials from the Site to develop, or as a component of, an information storage and retrieval system, database, infobase, or similar information resource (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is offered for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, lease, rental, subscription, or any other commercial distribution mechanism; (3) create compilations or derivative works of the Site or any other materials from the Site; (4) use the Site or any other materials from the Site in any manner that may infringe any intellectual property right, or proprietary right of www.leadindia.law or any third parties; (5) remove, change, or obscure any proprietary notice or terms of use contained in the Site; (6) make any portion of the Site available through any time sharing system, service bureau, the Internet, or any other technology now existing or developed in the future, without our express written consent; 

12) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED SOLELY ON AN 'AS-IS/AS-AVAILABLE' BASIS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AS TO THE RESULTS YOU MAY ACHIEVE ON ACCOUNT YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AS TO THE RESULTS YOU MAY ACHIEVE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY RELATIONSHIP YOU ELECT TO CREATE WITH ASSOCIATE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEITHER www.leadindia.law NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS OR AFFILIATES MAKES ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY Lawyer / PROFESSIONAL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ASSOCIATE’s ABILITY TO OBTAIN A FAVORABLE RESULT FOR YOU.

ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

NO INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

13) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF REVENUES, PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, FAILURE TO REALIZE EXPECTED SAVINGS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SITE; (iii) INVALID DESTINATIONS, TRANSMISSION ERRORS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (v) YOUR FAILURE TO RECEIVE ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS REQUESTED THROUGH THE SITE OR (vi) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE.

14) EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations of the sections above may not apply to you.

15) INDEMNIFICATION:

You shall defend, indemnify, save and hold www.leadindia.law, its affiliates harmless from all demands, liabilities, claims and expenses, including Lawyer's fees, fees of third parties relating to or arising under this Agreement, the Services provided hereunder or your use of the Services, including without limitation, infringement by you or someone else using the service with your computer, of any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity, or from the violation of any of our operating rules or policy relating to the Service(s) provided.

When we are threatened with suit by a third party, we may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify us; your failure to provide those assurances may be considered by us to be a breach of your agreement and may result in deactivation of your service(s) with immediate effect.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall www.leadindia.law including (it’s Affiliates) or anyone else involved in creating, producing or distributing www.leadindia.law Services be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use www.leadindia.law Services, or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to www.leadindia.law records, programs or services. This paragraph shall apply to all content and functionality of www.leadindia.law Services.

In addition, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall www.leadindia.law nor any of its affiliates be liable for any special, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, loss of use, loss of profits, interruption of service or loss of data, whether in any action in warranty, contract, tort (including, but not limited to negligence or fundamental breach), or otherwise arising out of or in any way connected with the use of, or the inability to use, this website or any service offered through this website or any material or information contained in, accessed through, or products purchased on this website, even if an authorized representative of www.leadindia.law is advised of the likelihood or possibility of the same. To the extent certain jurisdictions restrict any of the above limitations of liability; such limitations shall not apply in such jurisdictions to the extent of such restrictions.

16) THIRD PARTY PROTECTION

The indemnification and disclaimers provisions set forth above are for the benefit of www.leadindia.law and its affiliates. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you, the Clients on its own behalf.

17) JURISDICTION:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties, and is agreed to be entered into within the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India and shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any choice of laws, rules or principles.

Any dispute with www.leadindia.law shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at New Delhi, India. No party shall object to removal or prosecution of any litigation to a court within the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to www.leadindia.law must be commenced within one (1) year after it arises, except to the extent such litigation is not enforceable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party to this Terms of Use waives its or his right to a jury trial with respect to any dispute or other controversy arising from hereunder or your use of or access to the www.leadindia.law Services or website.

Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right hereunder, or failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Terms of Use, shall not be considered waiver thereof, which can only be made by signed writing. No single waiver shall be considered a continuing or permanent waiver.

18) RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS OF SERVICE

You agree and confirm that the Terms of Service may be amended from time to time without notice and take responsibility to update yourself periodically with the latest version available on www.leadindia.law. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately on release of the revised Agreement or change to the Service(s) on our website. Unless we notify otherwise, these terms incorporate and supersede any other terms associated with the Services.

19) ASSIGNMENT

We may assign this contract at any time to any parent, subsidiary, or any affiliated company, or as part of the sale to, merger with, or other transfer of our company to another entity. We will post a notice on the Site regarding any change of ownership so that you have the opportunity to discontinue your use of the Site or cancel your registration if you do not wish to continue to use the Site and the Services under the new ownership. You may not assign, transfer or sublicense these Terms of Use to anyone else and any attempt to do so in violation of this section shall be null and void.

20) ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

These Terms of Use, together with the privacy policy, which shall be deemed to be a part hereof and incorporated herein by reference represent the complete agreement between you and www.leadindia.law concerning the subject matter hereof, and it replaces all prior oral or written communications (if any) concerning such subject matter.

The Terms of Use shall commence upon the date you use the site in any form. This Terms of Use and the licenses granted hereunder shall be terminated without notice in the event you (or any authorized person using your account) fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Terms of Use or the rules for use of the www.leadindia.law service promulgated by www.leadindia.law from time to time. We may also cancel or suspend your registration for any other reason, including inactivity for an extended period, but will attempt to notify you in advance of such cancellation or suspension. Upon any termination, you will destroy all copies of www.leadindia.law materials in your possession and cease any access to or use of the Lead India Law Private Limited. Upon this suspension or termination we may delete information, files, and other previously available content to you including but not limited to information provided by you. www.leadindia.law shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site and/or the Services.

I understand that the consultation through www.leadindia.law may involve electronic communication of my personal information to other Lawyers who may be located in other areas, including out of state.

Refund Policy

Lead India is grateful to its clients for choosing the services listed on our platform “www.leadindia.law” (hereinafter referred to as “LeadIndia”). We sincerely try to make your experience good & deliver the service as promised at the time of transaction. However, if due to any reason, if our clients believe that the services rendered to them are not satisfactory or as per expectation, then in that case, clients will be entitled to a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • If Lead India itself denies to provide the agreed service, for whatsoever reason (maybe due to change of order, law or any other regulation). Timely intimation with reason will be shared with client via email or call with proper reason stated for denial of service.
  • The refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service provided by us. Nothing herein stated implies to the satisfaction of clients. Lead India solely has the discretion to decide and confirm about the deficiency of service. The amount of refund shall be at the free will of Lead India depending upon the lack of service.
  • In the event a client has already paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind for whatsoever reason, the refund i.e. the initial amount for any of the service, shall not be returned as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Lead India.
  • Refund requests shall not be entertained after the documents/ details have been shared with the client in the event of change of mind. However, we shall give the client an option of using the amount paid by you, at any later date within the stipulated time decided by Lead India for the same service.

*Note* If the request for the refund has been approved by Lead India or Lead India itself decides to refund the amount, the same shall be processed and intimated to the client via email or call. This refund process could take a minimum of 30 (thirty) business days to process and shall be credited to the client's bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by the client is returned to them at the earliest.

Cancellation Policy

Lead India aims to provide efficient and hassle-free legal services to all its clients in a timely manner. By agreeing to the terms & conditions of Lead India platform, the client also agrees to the cancelation policy mentioned below:

  • When the client books an appointment, a slot is dedicated & booked to provide timely service. In this case, Lead India does not assign the same slot to any other client with respect to that service.
  • In the event where a client desires to change the booked slot timing, or desires to cancel the booked appointment with Lead India, he/she agrees to follow the standard protocol laid down by Lead India.
    • As per the standard protocol, a client must call Lead India customer care number & inform the representative about the change in the slot timing or put forward a slot cancellation request.
    • Lead India customer care representative takes the request & internally checks the possibility of the change or cancellation of the slot.
    • Lead India representative, informs the client on the possibility of the change of slot.
    • Lead India does not guarantee the change in the slot timing as per client’s need, but may put forward an alternative slot timing.
    • The client must agree to accept the available & suggested time slot from lead India. In case, the client does not confirm or does not accept or does a no show at the time of revised booking slot, Lead India will assume the same to be a cancelled slot.
    • Client’s slot can be changed for a maximum of 3 (three) times.
  • In the event, Client does not responds to Lead India representative via “means of contact” provided by client for a minimum of 5 (five) times, or, Lead India representative does not get confirmation from client till fifteen (15) days from the allotted date of slot, the appointment will be deemed to be cancelled & Lead India will no be at any fault.
