What can I do if insurance company rejected my claim?

Dear Sir /Madam,The insurance company rejected my truck's damage insurance claim on the grounds that During the accident one driver and two handymen (a total of three) were present but RC mention a sitting capacity of one person. But my insurance clearly mentions a sitting capacity of three people. Can you please suggest what to do? Is it a valid legal ground for rejecting my claim?

First foremost get your insurance documnet reviewed by the legal experts and then you will be notified whether you have breached the grounds or not and if the ground has not been breached then get a legal notice drafted against that company to pay the amount
