I was indulged in a fight with neighbours, they started abusing my family due to which i lost my temper and the both party ere indulged in fight and they lodged the complaint to the nearest Police Station.

As complaint is lodged against you now, the first thing you shoul do is that you should go for Anticipatory Bail and when the bail is granted you should approach to High court for quashing of FIR, and when the FIR is quashed you can file complain against that particulars.
