12/12/2022 ko manu ji name ke ek trader ko maine buffer plate ke row material ke liye paisa pay kiya jisme kuch or v goods thi 27/12/2022 ko kuck goods deliver hua but buffer plate ka row material nhi deliver hua or wo paise return karne me excuse de rha hai. IN this situation what i do which is beneficery for me.PLEASE SUGGEST ME SIR JI.

Hello sir,

If you have paid the amount and the procduct is not yet delivered to you, then in this case hire a advocate and send a legal notice for the recovery of money and if money is not paid then you have different remedy, to know more about this please call on our helpline number.

Issue a Legal Notice to him. If he still does not pay then you may file a Complaint for either refund of money or delivery of goods before appropriate Court.
