Whether the Maharashtra Amendment to Contract Labour and Abolition act 1970 raising the minimum labour from 20 nos to 50 nos for obtaining license is applicable to contractors working inside Central Govt establishment in Maharashtra

As per the Amendment the law says whereever the wor 20 or more is there will be substitued by 50 or more, and where ther is less tha 20 the word substituted is less than 50, it is applicable to all those area in Maharashtra where ever this law is applicable.
