Not returning my money

I had given money for business purpose, but the person disnt utilise the money anywhere nor was any work done related to business. And now the person keeps telling me he will return the money but it has been 2 years he has not returned me my amount

If the person is not returning you the money then you can get a legal notice drafted against that person to get your money recovered and if denies or don't pay the money then you can file the summary suit against that person
