I took admission in ISL Engineering College, Hyderabad through management quota and paid half of the first-year fees. However, after reading reviews of the college, I no longer wish to study there. Is there a chance that I can get my money back from the college? Also, I'm unable to select the area of law I'm interested in. Could you suggest the nearest area?
Sir, firstly you should check the terms and conditions of the admission and fee payment agreement. Some colleges may provide a partial refund if the student cancels the admission within a certain period, but this depends on the institution’s policy. If it is found that the act of college is unethical then you may consider sending a legal notice with the help of an expert lawyer who will assist you to file a case in court of law.
