How can I recover my money from someone?

what should i do if a person not give my money back and i also dont know their house number. i only have his mobile number and city. kindly help me with this issue

If you have the proof of the transaction then you can get a legal notice drafted against that person and if he denies then you can file the recovery suit against that person
