My Mobikwik wallet and RBL credit card have been blocked due to a cyber complaint. I need assistance to resolve the issue and unblock both the card and the wallet.
If your Mobikwik wallet and RBL credit card are blocked due to a cyber-complaint, first contact both the companies and request written details of the complaint and blocking authority. Then approach the concerned Cyber Cell or investigating officer to understand the reason and submit your transaction proofs. If the issue is not resolved, you can file a written representation to the bank and, if needed, approach the court for unblocking.
