My bike is financed on my name. I GAVE FIVE EMIS AND THEN THE OTHER PERSON TOOK THE BIKE FROM ME. HE TOLD TO PAY MONTHLY EMIS ON TIME , BUT HE IS DELAYING THE EMIS. DUE TO WHICH MY CIBIL SCORE IS GETTING AFFECTED, ALSO BANK HAS ISSUED A NOTICE. OVERDUE CHARGED ARE ALSO LAID DOWN BY BANK. THE OTHER PERSON IS EVEN NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY, NEITHER HE IS SURRENDING THE bike.
