My loan amount is 2 lakh I have taken loan from third party app.I have already paid 2 month emi .Now in third month I am not able to pay the emi because I donot have a job now and I also fallen prey in cyber fraud and loses 2.91 lakh from bank account. So now what procedure I will do for loan emi. please help

As you have not paid the Emi then the company may impose penalty on you to pay the loan amount so if there is delay in the payment of the debt then you can talk to higher authority and ask for the time
