We were married in the year 1985, but we have not registered the same, and hence we do not have a Marriage Certificate. We are currently based abroad. Can we get a Marriage Certificate without being in India? We can provide soft copies of our Aadhar cards, PAN, Election ID etc., along with a certificate that we had received from the institution where we got married.
