The order for renewing the Authorized Certifying Surgeons license from DISH, Maharashtra states that we have to apply for renewal 2 months before the expiry of our license. However, there is no mention in the rule about what happens if the renewal is not processed within 2 months. Is there a general rule that it should be deemed renewed? Can the lawyer provide advice on this with references?
If the DISH Maharashtra license renewal is delayed, it’s crucial to approach the concerned authority or legal experts. While the rules do not specify a deemed renewal, you can seek legal guidance to ensure that the renewal is processed and avoid unnecessary penalties.
