Hello sir, I have bought a item on a online platform shopping app and paid the money which they asked for that particular products but they haven't delivered the product yet it's been three months i have been constantly mailing the authorities and calling them they are just telling its will be delivered soon but yet not delivered the products. what should i do now please help?

If you have paid the amount and they have not delivered or refunded your amount which you paid, you have the right to complain to consumer court and file a case against them. the complaint can be made both online and offline.
