Mob was under warranty and timely submit to Smsng care but care was closed and not returned my phone till now , approx 13 months , bill and docs with my self , complain with C/care they offer take refund full value of mob but I want more.

the company will give you the full refund for the mobile and for more rembursement you need to show the damage that is faced by you and lodge the complaint before the consumer court
