How can I respond to the false FIR filed by my wife against me?

A married woman has multiple affairs, and to catch her red-handed with another man in her home, she filed an FIR against me. Despite her illegal relationship with me, it has now led to a police case. In one incident, she brought her family members to my home and attacked me, injuring me severely, resulting in a swollen face and loss of blood from various parts of my body. Now, two weeks after the incident, she has filed a police case against me, citing sections 75, 76, 329(3), 115(2), 352, and 351(2). I kindly request your assistance in how to address this FIR.
