How to fight false rape case?

possibility of false rape case after 4 month of consensual sex, i booked hotel room where i 39 years age (married from 8 years) and she 28 years age (un married), did sex in day time in hotel room, after little whiskey. she and me are in constant touch, watsapp chat, phone call since first (and only sex) and its 4 months now. no physical evidence and no eye witness from hotel. she took 50k loan from me last month as she is in financial crunch. is there possibility if she can file false rape case on me,if yes will it be strong case

If the sexual relationship was by the consent of both the parties then it doesnot amount to rape and if she is not returning the money then get a legal notcice drafted gainst that girl
