I'm Student of BA.L.L.B 5th years 10 semester ,and now I'm running last 10th semester, and also I'm practices subdivisions court,under with senior advocate from two years.So I can use it like junior lawyer?

No, agar Junior bhi banna h toh uske liye law degree aur bar council ka licence hona chahiye abhi aap study kar rhe ho toh isliye abhi aap n toh junior lawyer apne aap ko bta sakte h n likh sakte h . Dear friend, app junior lawyer ban saktya h but junior advocate nhi junior advocate bnnya K Leya app ko bci ko exam ko clear Kar K advocate certificate Lena hoga or us K baad app kaa practice time start hoga but us say phlya app seraf ak practicner hongya.

After passed LLB 5 th year course you can enrolled with bar council after that give AIBE exam then you are a advocate.
