Can we report sexual molestion happend 8 years ago in 2014. How we can procceed and can we prove it..kindly guide on this.

If you will complain for the incident which occured 8 years ago it will be difficult to prove the gap of 8 years and it may lower your possiblities to lodge a complain, but if the same person is again doing such act, then that past 8 years incident will help you.
