It seems someone gave them my number after a quarrel during a video game, and they mistakenly believe I am that person. They are sending racial abuse and threatening me with harm, and they have even verbally abused my wife after hearing her voice in the background during a call. I have filed a cyber cell complaint, but there has been no action so far. I am looking for a legal solution to ensure these individuals are punished.
Since you have already complained to the cyber cell, follow up regularly. Also, file a written FIR at your nearest police station, mentioning threats to you and your wife.
