I have a confession page on Instagram. I posted a confession written by anyone person. The confession page is running from the post was abit sexual so the the girl for whom the confession was written told me to delete that.. and i deleted that.. now she's saying that either i have to delete my confession page or she'll do a FIR case against me and my confession page. What should i do now? Is she allowed to do that.. will the police take action against it?
There is no law that says you have to delete your Instagram confession page. However, if the girl in question files an FIR against you, the police will investigate the matter. If the police find that you have violated any laws, they may take action against you. For example, if the police find that you have posted defamatory content about the girl, you may be charged with defamation. Contact us for further enquiry.
