What if a person was in an affair and had children without marriage and obtained a state government job through ex-serviceman quota and never discloser her marital status though the person claims that she is the second wife of that person. There was no court registered marriage and what is she remarries the same person to make it legitimate after his spouses death? Can this person be punished.

If the person has done the bigamy then this is the punishable offence without the death or the divorce from the second wife the person cannot perform the second neither the rituals nor the court marriage and if he is having the child, then the child will have all the rights over the father's property.
