A false case was registered against me, U/s 354,354A,354D,509,323 in Oct 2021, by a lady who borrowed money from me in 2019 and on asking for return, she logged FIR, I don't want to compromise with her, I file a petition for procurement of CCTV footage but IO didn't collected, can I go for quashing on merit .
