Hi, I want to know that After 1st sign of mutual divorce paper 2nd Marriage valid or not. I am separated from 2017 & I have a kid also & kid custody of kid is with me.

You can perform the marriage only when the divorce decree of the first marriage is done and you both had completed the procedure of divorce and once divorce decree is obtained then only, you can go on for the next marriage and the child will reside with you as per the law.
