Can a wife claim for alimony due to a mutual divorce?

I married on December 8, 2022, in Kerala, India, and returned USA on December 13, 2022. My wife arrived in the US on June 21, 2023, after obtaining a dependent visa. After living together for a month, she wants a mutual divorce due to unhappiness. The divorce document inaccurately states that I stayed in India until December 18, 2022 (instead of December 13, 2022), and my wife never came to the US. Concerned about the document's accuracy whether financial implication/compensation owed to my wife's side ? based on these inaccuracies, as both party agree to dissolve without compensation as per document.
