Can I file divorce if spouse is suffering from schizophrenia?

My wife has schizophrenia, which is a mental illness, this medical report came 5 years ago and I have been married for 6 years. I have a medical report along with medical bills. She still takes medicines, I have a 5-year-old child. Can I get a one-side divorce? And can I file a fraud case against my in-laws?
