Been into marriage for 21 years, left the house on May 2019, its been 6 years. ex partner have filed a DV case 2 years ago. have moved on and in a live-in relationship and want to marry. but not yet filed divorce as ex partner is clearly stretching the case and is not ready to get divorce. I want to know is there any law where I can marry the person I want to without even getting a divorce. going to file it anyhow, but I am sure it will take time, and I don't want my current partner to wait that long. pls help me in getting any solution to this.
