Can interfaith marriage happen without notice, and how to register?

Sir, if both the partners are of legal age to get married with proper consent then you can perform your marriage under Special Marriage Act by visiting marriage registrar office and you need to provide a 30-day notice to the marriage registrar in the jurisdiction where either party resides.
