Domestic Violence

I have a female friend of mine her age is 23 years old she lives in a village in prayagraj with her mother grandmother and father. Her father does domestic violence to her mom and even to her , he beats his wife and daughter whenever they go against him , daughter is willing to take action but is helpless bcoz of no evidence and her mother didn’t has guts to file a complaint because she doesn’t have any hope with law. What to do in this case kindly provide me the relevant help.
