There are two process where a person can file for the divorce 1. Mutual Divorce 2. Contested divorce to get seprated from the husband.
In Mutual Divorce person can file when both the husband and the wife are ready for the process of divorce, but in Contested Divorce the person can file for the divorce when on of the spouse in ready for the divorce where the other is not
