How can I file domestic violence case against my husband?

My husband has thrown me and my child articles from the bedroom and took possession of all my cash and jewelry kept in my almirah..I wanted to take my things but he is not permitting me to enter in that room. I want to file domestic violence case I have 2000 rs note in my almirah which I want how soon my case can be heard in this regard as sep is the last date to change the currency if he has not stolen
