Hi, We are planning to do court marriage in delhi, boy is NRI with OCI card and girl is from Delhi, I want to know how long does it take to get the marriage certificate and can we do the marriage immediately or do we have to put a court notice, if we have to put the notice first how long does it take to get the appointment ? Best Regards.
Sir, if planning to do court marriage in Delhi you need to verify your identity for which you will have to provide your own paperwork. It is usually necessary to file a notice of intended marriage with the Indian Marriage Registrar of your choice in order for an Indian and a foreign national to get married in India.
