How to get alimony ? already filed dv,divorce, maintance, dowry cases.

I have already filed four cases against my husband. neither he has no fear nor he has cared about me since i married to him. I have completed 4 yrs marriage so far. I want divorce and alimony because i am a patient as of now and i don't have anyone to feed me and i do not want to live in this marriage anymore, as he beat me, demand dowry, mental and physical torcher given by him many times . My husband did not bother about cases and me as well. He never came in divorce case. Judge made this case ex partie. DV case he did not submit his income proof an d opp is closed by Judge. 4 yrs back In this situation how will i get alimony ? What should i do to get alimony ?
