How to get contested divorce in India?

My gf was forced by her parents and she had to marry some other guy under pressure, but we want to marry now, so what can she do to end her previous marriage which was done against her will? Should she go for MCD or Contested divorce or is there any other way to end her previous marriage. Kindly advice.
