Dear Sir/Maam, I want to know whether this year the age of marriage for girls will be 21 or it will take one more year to be. Because my marriage with a girl who will comple her 18 year on 20th July this year is fixed with both side parents approval. We are waiting for her to complete marriage age. We are worried if this bill is passed at the earliest we will be in trouble. Kindly let me know whether we can marry this year or not. Thank you
Yes you can marry to the girl when her age is completed 18+ as the bill is presented but it will take time to be enforced and if this bill is enforced it will take time to implement the law.
There will be time be given for the bride and if anyone married in 18 + as per law there will no issue for her if the bill is enforced.
हाँ आप लड़की से शादी तब कर सकते हैं जब उसकी उम्र 18+ पूरी हो जाए क्योंकि बिल पेश किया जाता है लेकिन इसे लागू होने में समय लगेगा और अगर यह बिल लागू होता है तो कानून को लागू करने में समय लगेगा|
दुल्हन के लिए समय दिया जाएगा और अगर किसी ने कानून के अनुसार 18+ में शादी की है तो बिल के लागू होने पर उसके लिए कोई समस्या नहीं होगी।
