Case I am indian female who married a foriegner while working in Saudi Arabia. The marriage took place through video conference and I have a nikah nama from bhopal of an Islamic sharia marriage. I want to register my marriage certificate under special marriage act and get my marriage certificate duley attested . What is the process and cost ? Is it easier to marry again as new applicant in court under special marriage ?( Because anyways my nikahnama is not attested or registered) Or to get the existing certificate registered ?
