Divorce Reason - Wife has affair and we mutually decide for divorce Query - We married 3 months back and we decide to signed MOU in which we are exchanging all the items. In the MOU we add statement that this is the final settlement and wife would not ask for Alimony at the time of petition. Is it possible that wife refuses the Petition and ask for money.
