Nomination in husband's PPO account

I was married socially in 1996 but registered marriage online only last year.My husband might have registered marriage offline with another woman between 2017 to 2020.He might have removed my name as a nominee from his pension account and put in some othe name.He has retired from a public sector bank. Is there any way to find out?
