My wife is planning some story against me in cruelty basis and how to proceed. One particular doubt is, I m currently unemployed nd had resigned 6months ago from my job to prepare for government job. She is earning and also has my 3months old kid with her. I'll receive the notice in one week. Wat to do, can I attend the court after completion of my exam, can court grant maintenance before completion of my exam
Hello sir,
if you are not going to attend the court date your Attorney should put an exemption application before the honurable court
