What are the documents required for the Special Marriage Act?

I am an Indian citizen living in Mumbai and I wish to solemnize / register my marriage under Special Marriage act with a Turkish girl. 1) I wish to know what documents needs to be submitted when giving the notice to the Marriage officer 2) Is she required to be present while submitting the notice or can she sign and fill her details and send it back to me and I can do the needful? 3) How can she get the single status certificate when the Turkish embassy does not provide such service? Can she prepare an affidavit / NOC herself and get it notarized here? can any lawyer provide this service? 4) Can I go ahead and fill the application form and give the notice to the marriage officer and submit all necessary supporting documents later once I have it or do I need to wait till all documents are ready and then submit the notice? 5) Is the single status certificate required to be submitted while giving notice or can be submitted later during the registration process?
