My wife is currently staying at her father's house without any valid reason and has taken both of our daughters with her. I have arranged for their school admissions, but she is not sending them to school. What legal or practical steps can I take in this situation?
If your wife is not sending the kids to school despite admission, first try to talk to her calmly. If that fails, you can go to family court and ask for visitation or shared custody rights, so the kids can go to school. A family lawyer can help you file the right case.
