An application for marriage registration was submitted on 20 May 2026 through the Marriage Portal. The bride is a Polish national, and the groom is an Indian national. A query has been raised requesting that the documents be uploaded in English only. However, the documents originally uploaded were multilingual, containing both Polish and English text. The bride's Single Status Certificate and proof of residence have also been translated into English by an authorized translation firm. We intend to have the marriage registered on 1 July 2026. Kindly advise us on the next steps to comply with the requirements and complete the registration process. Your urgent guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Since the authorities have specifically requested English documents, promptly upload the English translations certified by the authorized translation firm and respond to the query within the prescribed time. Keep the originals and translated copies ready for verification. If all requirements are fulfilled, follow up with the Marriage Registrar to facilitate registration on the proposed date of 1 July 2026. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
