When can husband refuse to provide Maintenance to his wife ?

You can only refuse under these conditions i.e. Section 125(4) of the Criminal Procedure Code, a wife has committed adultery or is unfaithful, refuses to live with her husband without a good reason, files for divorce with consent from both parties, or if her husband lacks the resources to support her, she will not be entitled to maintenance.
