Dear Team, Under which section legal notice send to HR department for unlawful dismissal and non payment of wages. I have already send the appeal to the appellant authority but it was rejected then again I send letter regarding appeal decision but it was not entertained. Kindly provide the section to send legal notice for unlawful dismissal.
